Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
2 large eggs
1 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup water
Prep:
1. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, and olive oil. Â Beat for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the water in small increments (about 1 Tbs at a time) until the dough is able to form a dry ball. Â The dough should stick together when you pinch it, but should not stick to your fingers at all.
3. Â Roll the dough into a 2.5 inch round log. Â Cut dough into 1/2 inch portions.
4. Use your pasta maker’s instructions accordingly.
5. Enjoy your delicious pasta with some yummy sauce.
